JULY HOLIDAY PROGRAM - SPEED CLINICS 2025

Youth speed clinic to build SPORT SPEED and learn fundamentals of SPEED DEVELOPMENT.

SPEED TRAINING - Sprint Preparation, Acceleration, Top Speed, Running Mechanics

AGILITY TRAINING - Footwork, Agility and Coordination Drills

1 day (2hrs) - $50

BUTLER | ELLENBROOK | ROCKINGHAM

 10am - 12pm (2hr clinic)

 7yrs - 15yrs athletes

ROCKINGHAM - Friday - 11th July

ELLENBROOK - Tuesday - 15th July

BUTLER - Wednesday - 16th July

Sessions will also include:

Dynamic stretches

 Plyometric training

 Speed Testing

 FUN!

LIMITED numbers per clinic.
