Youth speed clinic to build SPORT SPEED and learn fundamentals of SPEED DEVELOPMENT.

SPEED TRAINING - Sprint Preparation, Acceleration, Top Speed, Running Mechanics

AGILITY TRAINING - Footwork, Agility and Coordination Drills

1 day (2hrs) - $50

WANNEROO | BUTLER |ELLENBROOK |ROCKINGHAM

 9am - 11am (2hr clinic)

 7yrs - 15yrs athletes

BUTLER - 19th & 27th December 2024

WANNEROO - 20th December 2024

ELLENBROOK - 2nd January 2025

ROCKINGHAM - 3rd January 2025

Dynamic stretches

 Plyometric training

 Speed Testing
